Academic calendar
- The school year and the vacation period will coincide with the school calendar, classes beginning the second week of September until the third week of June (inclusive).
- In addition to the general holidays, there will be no classes during Easter week and from December 24 to January 6 for Christmas. In any case, each year the final school calendar will be communicated to the students.
Payment methods
- Group or individual classes held on an ongoing basis will be charged during the first week of each month, without exception. This option guarantees the reservation of the chosen day and time for the course.
- The monthly fee can be paid via Bizum to 636 90 59 66, in cash, or by bank transfer (please request the account number). For Bizum and bank transfers, please include the student’s name and the month.
- The full monthly fee will be charged regardless of whether the student attends class.
- If a student misses more than one class per month, the reservation of the day and time will be forfeited.
- Individual classes not held on a regular basis will be charged in cash on the day of the class.
Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations can be made through the website using the contact form, by phone, or in person.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
- If you are unable to attend a class, it can be rescheduled subject to availability.
- School holidays are not rescheduled.
- No-shows (failure to attend class without prior notice): the class fee will be charged in full.
- Cancellation by the teacher: full refund or rescheduling, at the student’s discretion.
Modifications
Maite Maruri reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, prices, plans, and policies at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
